Translation Service

Based on each document entrusted by our customer, we first select the most appropriate translator from among our 750 registered staff members. Following the primary translation, according to the customer's need we have the translation proofed by a native speaker of the language and have it laid out by a DTP operator. The completed translation will be final-checked by our internal production staff, and then delivered to the customer by the designated date. In addition, we will respond appropriately to your needs, planning, printing, and book-binding.

	We have a great deal of experience in handling manuals and other technical documentation, in English, Japanese and all other languages.
	We can meet a large variety of document formatting needs according to the intended purpose of the text in question, including editing and printing services, XML translation and website related formatting.
	By utilizing a variety of software, such as TRADOS, that facilitates the uniform translation of terminology, we can provide our clients with translations that are of the highest standard and consistency.

Company Confidentiality Policy

• A confidentiality contract is drawn up with the client, which also corresponds to the Private Information Protection Law.
• A sales representative will travel to the client to collect any classified documents directly in person. Clients can choose to have their completed documents delivered by a courier service with full tracking functions.
• When a translation is delivered to the client by e-mail, data is encrypted, and a password is required to access documents. We are also able to offer a highly effective service in unscheduled advancements in the delivery of classified documents.
